
Surgical Sperm Retrieval Technique
SSR is a revolutionary surgical technique used to collect a small number of sperm directly from the epididymis or testicles. This technique is used to help couples where the male partner has certain ejaculatory disorders or no sperm in the ejaculation.
SSR technique is used with in vitro fertilization (IVF) and Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) to increase the chance of conceiving.
