Japa method- It is a type of meditation that has been specifically found to improve fertility. It is a very simple yet equally effective method which requires the person to chant a spiritual mantra and think about all that he/she wants to attain in life, be it peace or the desire to have a baby.
Steps involved- There is no rocket science involved in meditation. The procedure is very simple and can be performed anywhere and at any time, however it is recommended to perform it once in the morning and once in the evening.
1. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position
2. Take around 20 deep, conscious breaths from your nose.
3. Chant the Japa mantra about 30 times
4. Take 10 conscious breaths in the same manner as you did in step 2
If you lose the count of your breaths, start again. With every breath you pass, negative energy gets eliminated from your body. This lowers the stress hormones which naturally improves fertility. Imagine as if the air that you are breathing is going all the way down to your reproductive organs and cleansing them. Meditation is a means by which you can spiritually connect with the child growing inside you. Meditation also helps to create a positive environment for the placement of the embryo.
