The support I received from the doctors was exceptional. They helped me deal with all the mental pressure and guided me through every possible option. What really stood out was that they never rushed us into IVF — unlike many other places. Instead, they first tried every other possible treatment.Only after we had exhausted all other options and nothing worked, they suggested IVF. Even then, the process didn’t start immediately. They began counseling us 3–4 months in advance — preparing us both medically and mentally. Once they felt we were truly ready, they moved to the next step.

Thanks to their care and patience, they gave us the happiness we had been waiting for over 3 years. After a long and emotional journey, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Zeeva Fertility, Sector 63 Noida for helping us achieve a positive outcome with our IVF treatment.We had initially undergone an IVF cycle at another clinic in Delhi which unfortunately resulted in a negative outcome. It was an extremely difficult time for us, especially after travelling all the way from Toronto, Canada with so much hope.When we came to Zeeva Fertility, fertility specialist Dr. Shweta Goswami gave us renewed confidence and hope at a time when things seemed very uncertain. Her guidance, reassurance and expertise made a huge difference in our journey. Apart from being an amazing doctor she is also a wonderful human being. Her charming personality and smile calmed us down throughout the entire IVF journey. We must say that we never felt rushed meeting her or being pushed for anything. She succinctly explained each step involved in the IVF procedure and patiently listened to our concerns.

I would also like to sincerely thank the wonderful team of doctors – Dr. Meeta Airen, Dr. Mayank Sharma and Dr. Seep– who were always there throughout this long process. Their professionalism, patience and support made us feel we were in very capable hands.A special mention goes to Dr. Seema who was available 24/7 to answer our queries and facilitated the Medical Visa extension formalities with the FRRO. Not to forget the counsellors Ms. Shweta, Ms. Rincy and Ms. Anupama who coordinated every appointment, scan, blood work and injections with such efficiency. They ensured everything ran smoothly and were always available to answer questions and provide support whenever needed.I am also extremely grateful to the nursing staff who took exceptional care of me during the treatment. Sisters Meenakshi, Jyoti, Babli and Sarla were always helpful, caring and courteous, making each visit much more comfortable. Mr. Amit made the regular blood work seem a painless experience.
